We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates.
For consumers (EU/DE law):
The risk of accidental loss or damage transfers only upon delivery to you or a person authorized to receive the goods.
For business customers (B2B):
Risk transfers upon handover of the goods to the carrier.
Once products have been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
