1. Shipping & Handling

All artworks are produced, packaged, and shipped with the utmost care.

Each Fine Art Print is individually produced to order, professionally protected, and delivered through suitable shipping and logistics providers.

2. Production & Delivery Times

Production begins once payment has been successfully received or confirmed.

Estimated production times are:

• Unframed Fine Art Prints: Approximately 7–10 business days
• Framed Artworks: Approximately 2–3 weeks
• Signature & Certificate of Authenticity: For security reasons, these may be shipped separately from the artwork.

The estimated timeframes stated above refer to production only. Shipping and transit times are additional.

Larger formats, elaborate framing options, or international deliveries may require additional processing and transportation time.

3. Packaging

All artworks are packaged using appropriate protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

Framed artworks receive reinforced packaging with additional protection for corners, edges, and glazing where applicable.

Special packaging and transportation solutions may be used for particularly delicate or oversized artworks.

4. Shipping Providers

The choice of shipping provider depends on the artwork’s dimensions, weight, packaging, and destination.

Depending on the order, the following providers may be used:

• DHL / DHL Express
• UPS
• Specialized fine-art shipping and logistics providers

The appropriate shipping provider is selected during order fulfillment.

5. International Shipping

We ship to the countries available as shipping destinations during checkout in our online store.

Applicable shipping costs are displayed before the order is completed.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply.

Unless these charges are already included during checkout, they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs procedures may extend delivery times.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Where tracking is available for the selected shipping method, you will receive the corresponding tracking number.

For deliveries handled by specialized fine-art logistics or freight providers, the transport company may contact you directly to arrange delivery.
