Legal Notice of Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If an order is delivered in several partial shipments, the withdrawal period begins on the day you, or the third party designated by you, receive the final shipment.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Packaging for Returns

Where possible, please use the original packaging together with suitable protective materials in order to avoid damage during return shipment. However, the use of the original packaging is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Partial Deliveries (Artwork, Signature, Certificate)

For security reasons, some orders are shipped in separate consignments: (1) the artwork (framed or unframed) and (2) the signature and certificate of authenticity.

The right of withdrawal always applies to the complete work, including all associated components. In the event of withdrawal, the artwork, any frame, the signature and the certificate of authenticity must therefore be returned in full.

Any delivered signatures or certificates of authenticity must not be altered, damaged, marked, or destroyed. They must be returned together with the remaining components of the artwork.

Notice Regarding Custom-Made Works (Fine Art Prints)

Some of our regular editions and Fine Art Prints are produced only after an order has been placed. The production of a work after an order has been placed does not, by itself, exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal may be excluded in particular for goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer's personal requirements.
