Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several partial shipments, the withdrawal period begins once you or the nominated third party has received the final part.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Packaging for Returns
Please use the original packaging and appropriate protective materials whenever possible to avoid transport damage. However, the use of the original packaging is not a requirement for the valid exercise of your right of withdrawal.
Split Deliveries (Artwork, Signature, Certificate)
For security reasons, some orders are shipped in two separate deliveries: (1) the artwork (framed or unframed) and (2) the signature label and certificate of authenticity. The right of withdrawal always applies to the artwork as a whole, including all components. In the event of withdrawal, the artwork, frame (if applicable), signature label and certificate must be returned in full.
Note on Custom-Made Fine Art Prints
Many of our Fine Art Prints are produced individually upon order. For custom-made or personalised works (e.g. special sizes, custom framing, specially manufactured editions), the right of withdrawal may be excluded under applicable consumer law. If a product is excluded from withdrawal, we will explicitly inform you before completion of the purchase.
